We run regular factory training sessions. These sessions are completely free to attend and you are welcome to come as many times as you like to refresh your knowledge or to train new staff.

Use your demo unit to survey
The demo unit is a great tool for surveying because rather than having to visualise how the product will fit on a certain application, you can actually see it. This will help you identify potential problems or difficulties before you go in to fit the product.
Our Trade Zone features a host of useful materials including mesh guides, woodgrain sample sheets, PDFs of brochures, Autocad files for architects and product manuals to help you. Have a look around and download what you find.
Features and benefits
During the survey, remind your customer of the benefits a Phantom Screen can offer. They may be looking for a fly screen for their patio doors, but you could persuade them to buy a blackout blind for their bedroom, or combine a sale of a door screen with a window screen, stating the benefits of through ventilation.
