Step 1 – Enquiry
One phone call or email to Phantom starts the process of having the worlds most discrete and effective fly screens installed in your home. We are here to answer your questions and are happy to call back in the evenings or on weekends. Like you, we understand the need to get clear information from friendly and informative people who, like you, love their home. No question is a silly question so just give us a call and ask away.
Step 2 – Home consultation
In the comfort of your own home or the nearest show room a knowledgeable Phantom representative will take you through the features and benefits of Phantom retractable fly screens. There are many options from colour to the way the screens are installed. We want to give you the time to understand the product so you get the maximum benefit from it; working with you is the only way we can do this. We trust that the quality of materials and design will shine through and you will want to enjoy the benefits of fresh air without the bugs. There are no high pressure sales people at Phantom just a great product installed the way you want it.
Step 3 – No obligation quotation
We will send you a clearly worded quotation and give you time to ask more questions to ensure you are happy with the proposed solution before booking in your installation.
Step 4 – Professional installation
Using only trained installers, Phantom Screens will plan the installation around you and your day, usually installing within two weeks of your initial consultation. This turnaround time will increase when ordering special sizes and colours which are handmade in our Canadian factory. Your installer will explain the installation, to ensure you are happy before they start, maintain a tidy work area during the installation, and prior to departure will demonstrate how to get the very best from your new screens.
Step 5 – After care
Our complete service then continues with our class beating aftercare support and limited life time warranty. Our warranty covers the mechanics of your screens whilst you have them fitted to your current home. A large proportion of our work comes from happy customers recommending us to their friends and family – it's the best way to work and we do all we can to continue working in this way.
