When fitted to french doors - one of our most popular installations - the Phantom fly screen lets you feel closer to the garden, enjoying the sounds and smells of summer. The frame and threshold of a french door will happily accommodate the screen's low profile monorail tracks (25mm) and slimline side housings (50mm).

The spring tension system keeps the superfine mesh taught, giving a flat, ripple-free view. Another great design feature is the monorail track, which holds the fly screen door mesh in place without the need for a bulky floor track or ugly black fabric seal which can become clogged with dirt.

There is also a choice of screen fabric on our door fly screens. For most of the UK we recommend our standard 18-14 charcoal mesh which provides 40% solar shading. For regions suffering from high midge populations or requiring increased solar shading we recommend our 20-20 charcoal mesh which provides 55% solar shading.
